Setup Guide

1. Add Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Paragon

To add Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Paragon, click the "+" button in the workflow canvas and choose Microsoft Dynamics 365 from the sidebar. Under Connect to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 account, choose "Add new account for Microsoft Dynamics 365" and enter your account credentials.

2. Query Microsoft Dynamics 365

Once your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account is connected, you can add steps to perform the following actions:

• Create Record

• Update Record

• Get Record by ID

• Search Records

• Delete Record by ID

When creating or updating records in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can reference data from previous steps by typing {{ to invoke the variable menu.
